This policy explains which data BaoZoo processes to operate the game and how to exercise your rights.
1. Account and progress
BaoZoo uses your email address for sign-in codes, a technical account identifier and session data. Your collection, boosters, Tokens, game operations, favorites, nickname, avatar, memories and passport customizations are saved so you can recover your progress.
Language, sound and vibration preferences are stored on your device. When you share your passport, you choose the destination app and who can see the image.
2. Purchases and diagnostics
BaoZoo includes purchases and subscriptions. Apple or Google processes payments. RevenueCat receives your technical account identifier, transaction information and associated entitlements to validate purchases, restore entitlements and provide business statistics. BaoZoo does not send your email address to RevenueCat or receive your payment card number.
When Sentry diagnostics are available and you consent, technical information about errors, the app and your device may be sent. This is optional and consent can be withdrawn in the app. Reports you voluntarily send to support may also contain information you choose to share. Never send a password or sign-in code.
The examined version of BaoZoo does not include advertising.
3. Purposes and providers
Data is used to operate accounts and the game, save progress, manage purchases, prevent duplicate grants, secure the service and respond to support requests.
- Supabase: authentication and game data, with the project hosted in Ireland.
- Brevo: delivery of sign-in emails. Brevo states that its databases are hosted in the European Union, including France, Germany and Belgium. Delivery logs (address, subject, delivery status) are kept for one month, as configured on the BaoZoo account. Brevo information.
- RevenueCat: purchase and subscription management; data is hosted in the United States according to its privacy policy. Transfers to the United States are governed by RevenueCat’s data processing agreement, which incorporates the European Union’s standard contractual clauses. Purchase data is kept there while your account exists, then erased at BaoZoo’s automatic request when the account is deleted.
- Sentry: optional diagnostics, not enabled in the currently published version. If offered in a future version, the organization is configured in Germany and events are retained for at most 90 days.
- OVH: website hosting. Server logs may process IP addresses, requested URLs and technical connection information.
4. Retention and deletion
Account and progress data is retained until deletion. Support deletion requests are processed within 30 days. The in-app deletion button deletes the account and game data in Supabase, then automatically requests erasure of the matching customer record in RevenueCat; the request is retried until confirmed if the provider is unavailable. Stores keep their own transaction records under their legal obligations.
Account deletion does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Stores may retain their own transaction records under their obligations.
BaoZoo does not create manual Supabase database exports. This does not mean providers hold no technical copies. Provider technical copies follow the provider’s terms of service; this website’s technical logs are purged by automatic rotation; Brevo delivery logs are kept for one month. Immediate deletion of all such copies is not promised.
5. Your rights and parents’ requests
BaoZoo is intended for people aged 13 and over; no account is meant for a younger child, and a parent who discovers one may request its deletion at the address below. To request access, correction, deletion, portability or, where applicable, objection or restriction, contact jason@ahjin.dev. You can withdraw consent to diagnostics without preventing gameplay. You may also complain to the French data protection authority, CNIL.
Parents and legal guardians can contact us about their child’s data. Parental consent arrangements and the legal bases for each processing activity are being finalized before release to an audience that includes children.
